Application for enrolment and recognition of foreign education
Application for enrolment

 
Candidates submit the application for enrolment and recognition of foreign education through eVŠ web portal.
  1. using a qualified digital certificate – application is considered if submitted through eVŠ before the application deadline as defined by the relevant call for enrolment. The required supplements must be sent by registered mail (the supplements must indicate the reference to the number of the application for enrolment);
  2. without using a qualified digital certificate (with a username and password) - application is considered if submitted through eVŠ before the deadline as defined in the relevant call for enrolment, and if printed, signed and sent by registered mail to the address in the top left corner of the printed application form before the deadline as defined in the relevant call for enrolment. The required supplements must be sent by registered mail (the supplements must indicate the reference to the number of the application for enrolment).
       
    A International students of EU Member States.
    B International students with permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia if they or at least one of their parents or guardians are taxpayers in Slovenia.
    C Persons with international protection and applicants for international protection.
    D Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship.
    E International students of non EU countries with which the Republic of Slovenia has concluded bilateral agreements*.
    F International students of non EU countries with which the Republic of Slovenia has not concluded bilateral agreement.

    * Slovenia has concluded bilateral agreements with Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo.

 

  • Available places for bachelor and master full-time degree programme provision for international students (D, E, F), as a rule, cannot exceed 20% of the available places for Slovenian citizens and EU citizens.
  • Available places for bachelor and master part-time degree programme provision for international students (D, E, F), as a rule, cannot exceed 50% of the available places for Slovenian citizens and EU citizens.
  • Foreign citizens may apply for all available places in doctoral degree programmes.
