The documentation review will be open from September 22 to October 9, 11 working days at the premises of Faculty of Arts on Tobačna ulica 5, near Administrative Unit. Our International Student Ambassadors are here to help you and check your documents before you apply.

It is important to go to the document review because then you can apply on time and without errors! Our international student ambassadors are trained to do this document review and will provide you with verified information. They will welcome you and help you on following days from 9am to 1 pm:

Special desk at the Administrative unit Ljubljana 2026

Together with Administrative unit Ljubljana, we decided on a special desk for our international students from September 22 to October 9. During this period in which the Special desk is in operation, it is not necessary to book an appointment at the Administrative unit.
