    Every year in mid-September, we organize an online Welcome Day for international students, where you can learn more about studying at our University of Ljubljana and life in Slovenia and Ljubljana.

    Temporary residence permit documentation review 2026

    The documentation review will be open from September 22 to October 9, 11 working days at the premises of Faculty of Arts on Tobačna ulica 5, near Administrative Unit. Our International Student Ambassadors are here to help you and check your documents before you apply.

    Temporary residence permit - Special desk at the Administrative Unit Ljubljana 2026

    Together with Administrative Unit Ljubljana, we decided on a special desk for our international students from September 22 to October 9. Our International Student Ambassadors will greet you each working day during that time, offer guidance for submitting paperwork to apply for a residence permit. The Administrative Unit will anticipate that you have all the necessary paperwork on hand, have completed the application form, and intend to submit the required paperwork for your residence permit that same day.
