The Fund will finance activities to increase the impact, impact and societal relevance of social sciences, humanities and arts (SSHA) research on society.

At the time of application, the project must demonstrate that it addresses a pressing societal challenge, engages and addresses diverse groups in society, empowers diverse groups, increases citizen activation and participation, or has the potential to reduce social inequalities between individuals, groups or communities.

The SSHA Fund has a budget of 50.000 € in 2024. Up to two projects per UL member can receive 5.000 €. The funds will be allocated to the selected projects through a call for proposals.
