During the event, representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, ARiS, Vesna Fund, University of Rijeka and University of Ljubljana presented examples of practices and challenges they face in the field of innovation, technology and knowledge transfer at their institutions. The second day was dedicated to a workshop on the design and organisation of KTO activities and ecosystem and a presentation of the Knowledge Valorisation Coordination Platform.

The workshop was attended by 30 participants from 18 institutions: Ss Cyril and Methodius University, University Haxhi Zeka, University St.Kliment Ohridski Bitola, University of Rijeka, Goce Delcev University, National Institute of Chemistry, Babes Bolyai University, University of Ljubljana, Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Slovenian Research and Innovation Agency, Alma Mater Europaea ECM, University of Sarajevo, University of Banja Luka, Vesna VC, University of Prishtina, Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), University of Maribor, University of Kragujevac.
