About the programme

The academic bachelor study programme Dramaturgy and performing arts aims to provide students with the necessary academic knowledge in theatre studies, empowering them perform practical tasks of dramaturges in theatre houses and similar institutions, such as radio, film and television companies.

Likewise, the programmes provides the basic research competencies and skills to perform archive jobs in theatres and similar institutions. Graduates will also acquire basic skills for writing various types of stage plays, art fiction (genre drama), critical writing for professional publications and reviews for mass media.

The candidates have to provide evidence of Slovenian language skills proficiency at level B2 of Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFR).
