About the programme

The programme fundamentally aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of educational policies at institutional, local, national, and international levels, and to develop the skills necessary to study and plan them. Study outcomes also include equipping graduates with the ability to act independently, professionally, and ethically in various institutional and civil society environments. Additionally, the study programme aims to enhance knowledge of important contemporary concepts in education, and to advance their research and planning.

An in-depth knowledge of conceptualizations will be instrumental in evaluating current educational policies, focusing on critical aspects and planning potential changes in the preservation of cultural and human capital. Developing research skills in educational policy will enable a reflective approach to policy planning across various levels of education, from kindergarten to higher education. Simultaneously, this study prepares individuals to work within the administrative apparatus at local, regional, and national levels involved in the field of education.

Independent work, teamwork, the ability to analyse, counsel, and guide in areas and levels of education will be the practical objectives of the proposed second-cycle study programme.
