About the programme

The purpose of the master’s study program is to train experts with broad theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of inclusive education.

The program focuses on researching and acquiring new knowledge about the theory and practice of inclusive education, developing new models and methods of work, and raising awareness among educators about the needs of vulnerable groups of children and adolescents (especially children and adolescents with special needs, from other cultures, socio-economically and otherwise disadvantaged individuals/groups who are included in regular education programs or in adapted education programs with additional professional assistance), mastering various adaptation strategies and working within them, and developing counselling skills.

The program involves studying and researching problems of exclusionary practices, interdisciplinarily linking the findings of domestic and foreign scientific and professional research in the field of inclusive education (systemic, institutional, and classroom factors of inclusivity, theories of teaching and learning, counselling, organization, communication, group dynamics).
