About the programme

The programme aims to develop professionals capable of providing independent supervision, personal coaching, and organizational counselling. Additionally, it aims to expand knowledge of supervision theory and practice, as well as personal and organizational counselling, and to innovate new models and methods in these areas. The programme is designed to enhance counselling and supervision skills through experiential learning in small group settings.

The programme encompasses the study and research of supervision issues, integrating national and international scientific and professional knowledge in the areas of supervision, personal, and organizational counselling. This includes learning theory, counselling, organizational behaviour, personality, communication, group dynamics, and other interdisciplinary areas.
