• Type of employment: fixed-term until 30 September 2031 due to work on the GreenHer project
• Working hours: part-time, 24 hours/week

• Salary: base salary is determined by placement in the initial 35th salary grade (amounting to EUR 3,456.37 gross, while considering the gradual elimination of pay disparities until 2028).

Requirements for the position:

• Required education: doctoral degree (pre-Bologna) in a relevant field or PhD (third Bologna cycle) in a relevant field
• Valid habilitation title: Research Associate or Assistant Professor (Docent)
• Innovativeness, organizational skills, and communication skills
• Knowledge of English
• Work experience is not required. Preferably:

5 years of experience in research and innovation activities in the field of heritage science;

5 years of experience in heritage science;

experience in leading research and innovation activities;

experience in successfully securing research projects;

5 years of experience in international scientific collaboration.

General description:

• scientific research work,
• organisation, coordination, planning and monitoring of research activities (within a research group),
• linking research activities with other research institutions,
• participation in the development of research programmes and involvement in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching,
• professional cooperation with clients of research projects,
• preparation of reports and research documentation,
• ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for employees and students, including proper training and awareness regarding hazardous substances and safety measures,
• performing other tasks within the broader professional scope of the position.
