Tuma Scholarship: 500 EUR a month to promote studies in Austria

The scholarship promotes the doctoral (and in exceptional cases master's) studies of graduates of Slovenian universities and universities in the ethnic Slovenian cross-border areas who enrol in doctoral (exceptionally, master's) programmes in Austria or, exceptionally, elsewhere in Europe. It is awarded for one academic year in the amount of EUR 500 a month, and it is paid out in nine monthly instalments (during the academic year).

It is available to graduates of Slovenian universities and universities in the ethnic Slovenian cross-border areas who have Slovenian citizenship or can provide proof of their Slovenian background, obtain a mark of 8 or more for their master's thesis, and who will still be under thirty by the deadline for applications.

The application deadline is 30 June 2024.
