Study

The University of Ljubljana has a reputation for high-quality study programmes in social sciences, the humanities, natural sciences, medicine, technical fields, arts and sports, which are designed in line with the Bologna Process guidelines. Interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary study programmes in all three cycles are provided within the University of Ljubljana and in cooperation with foreign universities. In addition to lectures, tutorials and seminars, we place great emphasis on practical training, the inclusion of students in project work, international exchanges, extracurricular activities, career guidance and other student activities.

The University of Ljubljana is the university of choice for more than half of Slovenia's bachelor's graduates, more than two-thirds of master's and specialist graduates and more than 80 per cent of PhD graduates.
