Exchange students: Special desk at the Administrative Unit for obtaining temporary residence permit

Together with Administrative Unit Ljubljana, we decided on a special desk for exchange students from 17th to 28th February 2025. Our International Student Ambassadors will greet you each working day during that time, offer guidance for submitting paperwork to apply for a residence permit. The Administrative Unit will anticipate that you have all the necessary paperwork on hand, have completed the application form, and intend to submit the required paperwork for your residence permit that same day.
The Special desk will be open during this period:
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 2pm
- Friday from 9am to 12pm
On Thursdays, Administrative Unit is closed.
During this period in which the Special desk is in operation, it is not necessary to book an appointment at the Administrative Unit. After February 28, you must make an appointment to submit your documents as described on this page or drop your documents in the green mailbox directly at the premises of the Administrative Unit Ljubljana.
