About the programme

The interdisciplinary master study program Computer science and mathematics admitts graduates of bachelor study programmes (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science or related field.

This programme is designed for students with a strong interest in computer science. Its goals comprise the qualification for the development and usage of new information technologies, for research in the fields of mathematics and theoretical computer science, and the capability of rapid acquisition of new knowledge from the field of computer and information science and the related field of mathematics.

The need for application of computer technology is growing everywhere, and therefore graduates of this program can find employment in all branches of business and the public sector.
