About the programme

The basic aim of the study program is to train an expert who is able to have a broad understanding of the areas of food and nutrition with emphasis on knowledge and skills related to food, ie production, processing, quality and marketing of food and nutrition as a natural continuation of food, for proper, safe and healthy nutrition or normal development and maintenance of human health. Graduates will be trained to plan, organize, manage and control food production and human nutrition, as well as some accompanying activities, taking into account natural, social and environmental principles in food production and the implementation of safe and healthy human nutrition.
