  • For combined teaching and training mobilities, the requirement is reduced to a minimum of 4 teaching hours per week.
  • For mobilities longer than one week, the minimum number of hours must be proportional to the duration of the exchange.

Virtual Mobilities:

  • The grant is only awarded for the time of actual physical presence abroad, regardless of whether the mobility abroad is carried out virtually, physically, or as a combination of both.

Limitations

The host institution must be a higher education institution with which the University of Ljubljana (UL) has a signed inter-institutional agreement.

Based on the available funds, the UL International Relations Office may set a maximum number of funded days and limit the total number of approved mobilities.

An Erasmus+ grant cannot be awarded for:

  • Activities completed before the online application submission.
  • Mobilities for which the grant agreement was not signed prior to the end of the exchange.
