Free entry of bibliographies in COBISS

SMUL members who actively cooperate with the University of Ljubljana are entitled to free entry of their bibliographic records in COBISS.

You are eligible for free COBISS bibliography entry if you are currently participating or have previously participated in SMUL or University of Ljubljana activities (e.g., Science for All – presentations of SMUL members’ achievements, committees, doctoral student conferences, etc.).

Procedure:

  1. Send your application to smul@uni-lj.si.
  2. Attach a list of publications to be entered into COBISS and specify the purpose (e.g., appointment to a title, project application).
  3. The University of Ljubljana will assess your eligibility based on activity criteria and determine the period of publications to be included in the bibliography.
