The main activity of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Ljubljana is the education of experts in electrical engineering. The Faculty offers three first cycle programmes (Electrical Engineering, Applicative Electrical Engineering and Multimedia Communications) as well as master’s and doctoral studies in Electrical Engineering. The Faculty boasts a well-developed network of international contacts, organises scientific gatherings, enables participation in international research and applied projects and encourages student and teacher mobility. With the knowledge gained at the Faculty of Engineering, graduates of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering upgrade and run the national industry of electrical engineering and are increasingly gaining a reputation for their knowledge and skills internationally.
