Summer Schools at Ca'Foscari University of Venice
Ca'Foscari University of Venice is organizing a range of individual summer courses and full summer school programmes designed to expand knowledge, and build curriculum. Students may enrol in any of our summer courses and are welcome to take multiple courses, provided their schedules do not overlap. Deadline for application is May 31, 2026. Courses will be held in July 2026.

Summer School for students at the University of Warwick
The University of Warwick (United Kingdom), a partner in the EUTOPIA Alliance, is once again organizing a summer school for students this year. The Summer School offers a diverse selection of courses designed to enhance existing expertise or facilitate the acquisition of knowledge in new disciplines. The programme structure comprises a combination of lectures, seminars, and study groups, alongside an optional assessment component. Deadline for application is May 31. Summer School will be conducted between July 12 and August 1.

Public conferment ceremony for Doctors of Science and presentation of awards for outstanding works of art at the University of Ljubljana 2026
In cooperation with the faculties and academies of arts of the University of Ljubljana, we will hold a public conferment ceremony for Doctors of Science on Monday, 1 June 2026, and Tuesday, 2 June 2026, both at 18:00 in the Križanke Open-Air Theatre. On the first evening, awards for outstanding works of art will also be presented. The keynote speaker will be Professor Nataša Barbara Gračner of the UL Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television.

In cooperation with the faculties and academies of arts of the University of Ljubljana, we will hold a public conferment ceremony for Doctors of Science on Monday, 1 June 2026, and Tuesday, 2 June 2026, both at 18:00 in the Križanke Open-Air Theatre. On the first evening, awards for outstanding works of art will also be presented. The keynote speaker will be Professor Dr Zvezdan Pirtošek from the UL Faculty of Medicine.

Summer School Design+Science
Design+Science is a multidisciplinary Summer School that promotes exploration and experimentation at the intersection of design and various scientific fields, led by renowned experts in their respective fields. This week-long Summer School includes workshops, guest lectures, tours, and other activities. Theme of this year's summer school, which will take place between 6th and 10th July in Piran, is the sea: we approach it as a thinking partner, a 3.8 billion year old, self regulating, interdependent system that has outlasted any model we have built. The University of Warwick, a partner within the EUTOPIA Alliance, is once again inviting undergraduate and graduate students to submit posters showcasing their research achievements. The goal of the project is to encourage research among undergraduate students and strengthen connections between them and policymakers across Europe. The deadline for submissions is May 18.
