Students of the University of Ljubljana (UL) have the opportunity to be hosted by SMUL supervisors – members of the SMUL network who work at universities and institutions abroad.
SMUL supervisors offer various arrangements for visiting students, tailored in terms of hosting, content and duration. You can choose to work on your own project, contribute to your supervisor’s research project or collaborate on their topics, depending on how you define the method of implementation with the supervisor.
Visiting studentships represent a valuable part of the academic journey. They offer an excellent opportunity for both academic and personal development, gaining new knowledge, competencies and experience, improving communication and intercultural skills, and networking internationally with leading institutions and experts.
