About the programme

The Chemical Sciences doctoral programme trains highly qualified chemical professionals to work in research-oriented, including managerial, positions in the chemical industry, public services or to pursue a scientific career in academia. By completing the programme, doctoral students will acquire the skills to critically analyse, evaluate and synthesise new and complex ideas. They will be able to communicate in their field and to promote scientific and technological progress at academic and applied levels.

How to apply

For the call for enrolment, candidates have to apply on the eVŠ online portal.

At the latest at the time of enrolment, the candidate must submit a written agreement from the mentor or possible co-mentor to accept the mentoring or co-mentoring. At the same time, the candidate must also submit a brief conceptual outline of the research.

Tuition

Tuition fees and study contributions are published in the price list for the 2025/2026 academic year.
