Notes under:
(1) Item 4.1.: The cost of completing any individual subject at the University of Ljubljana Member is calculated by determining the value of the credit point with regard to the programme fee, multiplied by the number of credit points for a subject.
(2) Items 4.1 and 4.2.: Only used for: (i) subjects or exams for persons without student status, (II) subjects or exams, taken from study programmes other than the one the student is enrolled in, (iii) subjects pr exams exceeding teh studetn load credit points ECTS in the enrolled study programme, (iv) interinstitutional fee exchange for subject provision, (v) additionaly required subjects, (vi) provison of exercise or seminars outside the programme year in which the student is enrolled (exp. exercise or seminars of previous study years, unless the student has exusable reasons for leave).
(3) Item 5.3..: Fee equals the fee for 3rd study year of a doctoral study programme.
(4) Item 7.1: Administrative tax must be paid when the request is submitted for a diploma doument duplicate. The administrative tax of 1,80 EUR is due to provisions of Administrative Fees Act, ref. No.6 to be paid to the account No. 01100-1000315637 (ref. 5 figures PU of the UL member -7111002 - 60000123).
VAT is charged only for the following services (additional 22% to the fee): 7., 7.1 and 7.2.
