CALL TO TENDER FOR YOUNG RESEARCHERS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF LJUBLJANA

University of Ljubljana is issuing call to tender for young researchers.
Candidates submit their application online; application deadline is 9 April 2024, 13:00 CET.

I M P O R T A N T   I N F O R M A T I O N,   P L E A S E   R E A D   C A R E F U L L Y:

· Only candidates that completed their study programme in 2020 or later are eligible to apply; other candidates will not be considered (see point 2 of the call to tender for details).

· Candidates who have not yet enrolled in a doctoral degree programme must also apply separately for the Call for enrolment into Doctoral degree programmes 2024/2025. Otherwise, even if they are selected as young researchers, University of Ljubljana will not enter into employment contract with them, because they will not be able to enrol in a doctoral programme.

MANDATORY ATTACHMENTS are:

- for candidates that have already completed their study programme: degree certificate and official transcript of all the grades for your Master's degree - the study programme, with which you enrol in a doctoral degree programme.  

Candidates who completed their studies abroad and cannot obtain a temporary certificate of completion at the time of application can only submit a certificate of completion of all study program obligations with grades, with which they have enrolled or will enroll in doctoral studies, if it shows the date of completion of the study.

- for candidates that haven't completed their study programme yet: - official (stamped and signed) transcript of all the grades they have received so far for your Master's degree - the study programme, with which you enrol in a doctoral degree programme

If your diploma certificate and transcript of grades are in a foreign language other than English, you need to also provide the translation (it needs to be merged into one file -> the original + translation)
