About the role 

We are looking for a competent and reliable Event Manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact on our target audience. Once on the position, you’ll be responsible for ensuring events and our attendance at events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.  

We see an Event Manager above all as a project manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques. We want to see an enthusiastic person with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required not to leave anything about an event to chance. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Planning and executing our attendance at offline and online events (industry events, webinars, community/industry events, round tables and other speaking events) from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. 

  • Improving our event attendance through excellent organizational execution and searching for areas for improvements. 

  • Coordinate all internal stakeholders. 

  • Negotiating and sourcing of materials with our vendors and suppliers. 

  • Coordinating all operations. 

  • Ensuring smooth organization and resolving any possible problems promptly. 

  • Analyzing the event’s success and preparing reports. 

  • Preparing event yearly plans, budgets and ensuring adherence. 

  

Required Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Three years of working experience in event and project management with excellent organizational skills. 

  • Understanding of KPIs and connecting data between marketing tools and sales targets. 

  • High motivation and independent work, detail-orientation, great organization skills and efficiency. 

  • Team player: the ability to work well and be flexible within the Marketing team and other departments, with a strong customer-service orientation. 

  • Creative problem-solving skills, positive attitude, passionate about winning and achieving results. 

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability, with high proficiency in spoken and written English. 

 

Desirable, but not required: 

  • Previous experience in event management. 

  • Experience working in B2B environment. 

  • Experience in organizing webinars using specialized webinar tools. 

  • Knowledge of WordPress CMS. 

  • Knowledge of CRM tools, such as HubSpot and/or SalesForce.
