Junior Business Analyst

We're looking for a Data Analyst (Junior to Mid-Level) based in Slovenia to empower teams across the company with accurate, actionable data. You’ll build dashboards, automate reports, and uncover insights that drive smarter decisions in Customer Engagement, Growth, Supply Chain, and Finance. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain dashboards that give teams across the company clear, reliable insights—making sure the data behind them is accurate and trustworthy.
• Pull together data from different sources, clean it up, and structure it so it’s easy to use and analyze.
• Find ways to automate reports and data processes, so teams get what they need faster and with less manual work.
• Dig into the data to uncover trends and insights that help guide better decisions.
• Work closely with Customer Engagement, Growth, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to understand their data and reporting needs and help them make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field—or strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or equivalent) for data manipulation and extraction, including working with HTTP APIs to access and integrate information from various sources.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and basic scripting or automation.
• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and good communication skills, able to translate complex data insights into simple, non-technical language.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting, with the ability to create clear, impactful dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
