About the role

Location: Ljubljana, #LI-Hybrid

As SCM Analyst (m/f/d) you will be responsible for SCM Controlling, for providing data and information for the decision-making process and regular SCM operations, in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices, and business objectives.

Join our motivated team and play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational activities in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing data and information for decision-making purposes and regular work in supply chain processes.
• Creation of standard reports and ad-hoc reports and responsibility for performance indicators measurements.
• Providing support to global SCM processes
• Proactive and self-initiated participation in optimization projects.
• Responsibility for the development of IT tools.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Preferred field of study: economics, computer science, mathematics, or other relevant fields.
• Strong analytical abilities and advanced computer skills (proficiency in Excel, knowledge of VBA is desirable but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Familiarity with visualization tools (QlikSense / PowerBI) is an advantage.
• Self-initiative and proactive approach to problem-solving and data manipulation.
• Active knowledge of the English language.
• Proficiency in sponek, written, and digital communication.
