Senior Front-End developer

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our innovative and growing team of 20 IT professionals. This is a key position within our IT department, and the successful candidate will have the responsibility for making strategic decisions and overseeing the architecture of our front-end development. While experience with the listed technologies is beneficial, what matters most is your ability to learn and adapt quickly. We value intelligence, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude over specific technical knowledge. 

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and the look and feel of our digital logistics solutions. You will work closely with both design and back-end teams to ensure a seamless user interface.

Responsibilities 

• Lead the technical aspects of front-end development within the team, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience for our customers. 

• Write clean, efficient, and secure code according to specifications, contributing to a user-friendly and responsive interface. 

• Design and implement scalable front-end architecture and solutions, aligning with our business goals and enhancing overall product performance. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to maintain an optimal user experience and minimize downtime. 

• Provide guidance, mentorship, technical expertise for front-end developers in Team. 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Knowledge and experience with both React.js and TypeScript. 

• Some experience with google analytics and google tag manager. 

• Familiarity with but more important willingness to learn and develop in the following areas: developing and supporting SPAs, working with the React stack, utilizing Amazon AWS services, implementing SEO page optimization, with a focus on Core Web Vitals and a "mobile-first” approach. 

• Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
